Iman Zaker
Iman is the owber of Edibles, a cozy Santa Catalina café known for organic, feel-good products like cinnamon rolls, specialty coffee, and drinks with CBD, Ashwagandha & mushrooms. From reusable takeaway cans to homemade nut butters—every detail is crafted with care.
Max & Sara
Meet Sara & Max, the duo behind CABRABOC—a spirit brand born in Sóller and inspired by Mallorca’s wild Tramuntana. Blending tradition and creativity, they craft spirits that capture the island’s essence—made for connection, nature, and shared moments.
Holly Opatz
Holly is the founder of Hollyday Running—a run club turned community in Palma. A 7-time marathoner and coffee lover, she's now opening a run store & café. Join her Sunday runs, guided tours, or retreats and connect through movement across Mallorca.
Greg Schuler
Greg Schuler is more than just the co-founder of Mistral Coffee—he’s the driving force behind a coffee movement on the island of Mallorca. In 2017, alongside his business partner Agata Mikulska, Greg set out to do something bold: introduce the island to the world of specialty coffee.

Our story began in Mallorca in 2020, with the launch of Palma Coliving—a home for digital nomads seeking more than just a place to stay. What started as a coliving space quickly evolved into something much deeper: a vibrant community built on connection, creativity, and shared values.
Over the years, we expanded across Spain, opening multiple locations and curating unforgettable experiences.
From dinner parties and wellness sessions to networking events and nomad festivals, we became known not just for our spaces—but for the energy and people we brought together.
One thing became crystal clear: People came for the community.
And we were pretty damn good at building it.
But we knew it was time for something more.
Lima Haus was born out of a desire to go even deeper—to create a space just for connection, whether you’re staying with us or not, whether you’re a digital nomad or simply someone who craves authentic, in-person relationships.
This isn’t just a social club. It’s a living, breathing community for curious minds, creative souls, and open hearts.
