1. Welcome to Lima Haus
You’re not just joining a club—you’re becoming part of the Lima Haus lifestyle. We’re a curated social and professional network for creatives, founders, remote workers, and big-thinkers.
Lima Haus is operated by SL Lucky Paradise SL (HQ: Carrer del Vi 3, 3B, 07012 Palma de Mallorca), and all terms apply under this legal structure.
2. Membership Types
We’ve designed three flexible options so you can live and work the way you want, at your own pace:
- Social Access – Early bird price first 50 members: 19.99€/ month.
Regular price: 29.99€/month. (incl. VAT)
For locals looking to connect without workspace access.
Includes:
- Private WhatsApp Community
- Invite-only weekly events
- 1 weekly yoga/meditation session included per month
- Partner perks & discounts across Palma
- Premium Access –Early bird price for the first 20 members: 120€/ month.
Regular price: 150€/month. (incl. VAT)
Ideal for hybrid workers or flexible freelancers.
Includes:
- Private WhatsApp Community
- Invite-only weekly events
- Partner perks & discounts across Palma
- Access to coworking desks twice a week
- Shared lounge & garden access at Palma Coliving facilities
- Founder dinners, mastermind sessions & more
- 1 monthly yoga/meditation session included
- Golden Access –Early bird price for the first 20 members: 175€/ month.
Regular price: 210€/month. (incl. VAT)
Your dedicated lifestyle base.
Includes:
- Private WhatsApp Community
- Invite-only weekly events
- Partner perks & discounts across Palma
- Unlimited coworking access in Palma Coliving properties
- Lounge, garden & wellness access
- Founder dinners, mastermind sessions & more
- 4 monthly yoga/meditation sessions included
- Bring a plus 1 up to 3 times a month.
3. Facilities & Access
All coworking access is provided inside Palma Coliving properties, where Lima Haus operates from.
Opening Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 9:00–21:00
- Saturday: 10:00–16:00
- Sunday: Closed
⚠️ Important: Lima Haus reserves the right to temporarily close or restrict access to coworking or event spaces for:
- Private rentals
- Maintenance
- Relocation to other Palma Coliving buildings if needed
We’ll always notify you in advance and offer alternatives when possible.
4. Guests
- Golden Members: May invite up to 1 guest/week.
5. Children & Pets
Lima Haus is strictly 18+. No pets, except certified assistance animals.
6. Community Culture
Lima Haus is a values-driven space for humans who want to grow and give.
Be respectful. Be curious. Be real.
No drama. No discrimination. No energy vampires.
7. Dress Code
Think creative-casual. Flip-flops? Fine. No shirt, no service (unless we’re at a beach yoga class).
8. Events & Activities
Your membership includes access to curated, limited-capacity gatherings like:
- Weekly yoga, meditation & breathwork
- Skill-building workshops & guest speakers
- Founder & investor dinners
- Rooftop jam sessions
- Secret parties (yes, we said that)
Some events are free, others are discounted for members. RSVPs required.
Members-Only Events
Certain events are designated as MEMBERS ONLY. If a non-member purchases a ticket for a MEMBERS ONLY event, their purchase will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify eligibility before completing the purchase.
No Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or reason for cancellation. Please make sure you can attend the event before completing your purchase.
9. Perks
Members enjoy exclusive deals with Palma’s best partners:
- Gyms & personal trainers
- Surf schools & wellness studios
- Coworking & coliving friends across Spain
- Pop-up experiences & retreats
10. Workspace Etiquette
- First-come, first-served for hot desks
- No reserving desks for more than 2 hours if absent
- Keep phone calls to outdoor or dedicated call areas
- Respect the silence during focus hours & wellness activities
11. Health & Safety
If you’re feeling sick—rest, don’t risk.
Report maintenance issues and follow safety guidelines. Your well-being is part of our vibe.
12. Payments & Renewals
- All memberships auto-renew monthly
- 1-month notice required for cancellations
- The Golden Access membership has a 3-month commitment, you can cancel anytime after that period.
- No refunds for unused time
- Memberships may include promotional periods or limited pricing for early adopters
If you want to cancel your membership, please write us an email at socialclub@lima-haus.com subject “Cancel Membership: [Put your last name here]”
13. Termination & Violations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership in cases of:
- Unpaid dues
- Repeated violations of these terms
- Behavior not aligned with Lima Haus community values
14. Liability Disclaimer
All members and guests enter at their own risk. Lima Haus (via Palma Coliving) is not responsible for lost items or injuries, except in cases of legal liability.
15. Disputes & Legal
These terms are governed by Spanish law and interpreted by SL Lucky Paradise SL. Disputes will be reviewed by the Membership Committee.
16. Updates to Terms
We may revise this document as the club grows. You’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp of any significant changes.
17. Referrals
Bring great people, get rewarded. For each successful referral:
